3rd year part 11 : Top Hat

Secondary aesthetic inspiration research.

Decided to look at top hats since from previous research it was commonly worn in steampunk and Victorian fashion. By looking at top hats, its relevant to the project because its aesthetic inspiration for what the characters could be wearing in the animation.

The steam punk hats looked somewhat boring to look at. Decided to look at general top hats as part of aesthetic research for the final animation, therefore relevant to the 3^rd year research.

Some of these top hats looked more on the feminine side. In the images are: Feathers, flowers, greens, purples. Some are black but have an accent of colour for example red or white.

In conclusion going to put that into consideration the base colours and possible accents, if the hat is for a woman or a man, the addition of feathers, flowers, embellishments or metals.
